Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling or rescheduling appointments with Chrysalix Digital.
2. Cancellation Notice Requirements
To avoid cancellation fees, please provide adequate notice:

3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your appointment by:

Cancellations are confirmed when you receive acknowledgment from us. Please retain this confirmation.
4. Cancellation Fees

Fees are calculated based on the deposit paid or the full service cost if no deposit was required.

We're happy to reschedule your appointment:

6. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not cancelled:
- Your deposit (if paid) will be forfeited
- You will be charged the full service amount
- Future bookings may require full payment in advance
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking privileges being revoked
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
7. Late Arrivals
To respect all clients' time:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment
- If you're running late, please call us immediately
- We will accommodate you if possible, but may need to shorten the service
- Late arrivals of 15+ minutes may be treated as no-shows
- Full payment is still required even if service time is reduced
8. Cancellations by Us
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment due to:
- Staff illness or emergency
- Facility issues or closures
- Extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances
